Project Types: Added project types to your organization in KYRO.
Custom Fields: Configured custom project fields in KYRO.
Clients: Added new clients into the KYRO system.

Instructions for Automated Project Setup
Follow these steps to create a new project using KYRO’s OCR capabilities:
Log into your KYRO account to get started.
Click the ‘Create Project’ button located at the top right of the screen.
Choose the relevant client from the dropdown list.
Select the project type you have previously established.
Project Access Configuration:
Mark as Public: By checking this, you can make the project accessible to all organization members. When it is not checked the project remains private to be visible only to specified users.
Billing Classification:
Non-Billable: Checking this option will specify that the project will not incur charges. And leaving it unchecked indicates that the project will generate charges.
Click 'Next' to move to the following step.
Select 'Scan Work Order' to upload the WO document.
Allow the OCR to scan the document and wait for it to populate the data.
Conduct a spot check to confirm the accuracy of all fields.
Once satisfied with the data, click 'Submit' to complete the project setup.
