How to Assign Forms to a User, Client or Project

Introduction

KYRO allows Org Admins to assign specific forms and reports to users within the organization. This functionality is crucial for managing access to different types of data and ensuring that the right members have the necessary tools to perform their tasks effectively.

Instructions

  1. Log into your KYRO account.

  2. Navigate to the 'Forms' section from the main menu on the left hand side.

  3. In the 'Forms' section, browse through the forms that are available within your organization. These forms might vary based on the organization's specific needs and customizations.

  4. Once you locate the form you want to assign, click on 'Assign Form'.

  5. Among the three tabs (Project, User, Client) in the Assign box, choose User.

  6. This option will enable you to specify which members in the organization should have access to this form.

  7. Add the names of the members to whom you want to give access to the form. You may be able to select multiple users based on the requirements.
