KYRO offers a variety of user roles, each with its own set of permissions:

  • Org Admin: Granted full control over the platform, including projects, reporting, and integrations.

  • Project Manager: Equipped to manage projects and reports, with a subset of approval permissions.

  • Contributor: Has the capability to initiate projects, as well as submit reports and log time.

  • Timesheet Admin: Oversees project assignments and is responsible for financial reporting.

  • Timesheet Approver: Possesses specialized permissions solely for approving timesheet submissions.

  • Guest: Provided view-only access to the projects and reports they are assigned to.

  • Dashboard Viewer: Permitted to view dashboards but lacks editing capabilities.

  • Report Approver: Empowered to approve reports that are directed to them.

Editing User Roles

To adjust user roles within KYRO, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your KYRO account and navigate to 'Organization' from the main menu on the left-hand side.

  2. Select 'Users' to display the directory of your organization.

  3. Find the 'Role' column next to the user's details you intend to modify.

  4. Use the dropdown arrow to expand the list of roles. Choose the one that aligns with the user’s responsibilities. Multiple roles can be assigned.
