KYRO facilitates an integrated document management approach by connecting with various cloud storage services. This feature allows Org Admins to amalgamate document storage solutions into the KYRO platform, creating a unified hub for all project-related documents.

Integrating Cloud Services with KYRO
Follow these instructions to connect your KYRO account with preferred cloud document management services:
Sign into your KYRO account to get started.
Select 'Organization' from the left-hand side menu.
Click on the 'Files' tab to view document management settings.
Decide on a cloud provider to integrate with KYRO from the available options:
Box
DropBox
Google Drive
OneDrive
SharePoint
The chosen service will show as 'Unauthorized'. Click the 'Authorize' button to commence the linking process.
You'll be redirected to the cloud service’s login page. Proceed to sign in to your cloud account and grant KYRO access to your documents.
After successful authorization, KYRO will display a 'Connected' status for the cloud service.
Instructions for Linking Cloud Folders to KYRO Projects
To associate your cloud-stored project folders with KYRO projects, follow these steps:
Log into your KYRO account.
From the ‘Projects’ tab, choose the project that needs linking to cloud storage.
Within the project’s dashboard, click on the 'Files' tab.
Find the 'Files from Cloud' area.
Opt for the cloud service already connected to KYRO (indicated by a green dot), or integrate a new cloud service by following the steps provided in the 'Integrating Cloud Document Management in KYRO' guide.
Navigate through your cloud storage to find the project folder you wish to link.
After locating the desired folder, select it and then choose 'Link' to bind the folder to your KYRO project.
