Introduction
Submitting reports through the KYRO mobile app is a straightforward process that enables users to efficiently complete and submit digital forms associated with their projects. This mobile functionality is particularly useful for fieldwork and on-the-go reporting, offering options to save drafts or submit final reports directly from the device.
Instructions
Accessing Form
Start by opening the KYRO app on your mobile device.
You will see a list of projects in the home page, open a project that you are reporting on.
From the set of cards listed, navigate to Daily Logs
Now the page where the digital forms are listed will open
Select the form appropriate to your work and fill all the required fields.
Saving as Draft (If needed)
If you are unable to complete the report in one go or need to gather more information, scroll down to the bottom of the form and select 'Save as Draft'. This will save your current progress and allow you to return to complete the report at a later time.
Submitting the Report
Once the report is complete and all necessary information has been entered, click 'Submit' to finalize the submission process.
Report Distribution
After submission, the report is generated and saved within KYRO. Additionally, if an email distribution list is set up for the project or form, users on that list will receive an email copy of the report.
