Custom project fields are a powerful feature in KYRO that allow Org Admins to tailor project data capture to their unique operational and reporting needs. These customizable fields enhance the detail and specificity of project information, which can be manually entered or automatically filled from uploaded work orders (WOs).

Creating Custom Project Fields
Log into the KYRO web app at app.kyro.ai.
Click the Admin>Custom Fields tabs from the left hand menu.
Within organization section, choose 'Project' from the drop down.
Click the 'Add' button to initiate the creation of a new custom project field.
Assign a title to the custom field that reflects the language used in your work orders.
Select the type of custom field you require, with options including:
Text Field: A simple field for manual text entry.
Text Area: A larger space for more extensive text entries.
Number: A field designed for numerical input.
Select: A dropdown list offering a selection of predefined options.
People: A dropdown to choose individuals from within your organization.
Date and Time: A field to select specific dates and times.
Decide if this custom field should be included in the project creation form.
Determine whether the field is to be mandatory for project setup.
