Introduction

KYRO empowers Org Admins to enhance the accuracy of time tracking by customizing timesheet structures. The platform's flexibility allows for the addition of custom fields to timesheet entries, capturing essential data for comprehensive time management.

Role Required

  • Org Admin

Instructions for Customizing Timesheet Fields

  1. Log into your KYRO account to start the customization process.

  2. From the side bar, click Admin -> Custom Fields.

  3. Click the drop down to select 'Worklog' in order to tailor timesheet-specific fields.

  4. By clicking the 'Add' button you will be able to create a new field for worklog.

  5. Give an appropriate name and select the type of field from the category below

    • Text Field: For simple text entries.

    • Text Area: For more detailed textual information.

    • Number: For numerical data.

    • Select: For a dropdown menu with predefined choices.

    • People: To select personnel from within your organization.

    • Date and Time: For specific date and time entries.

  6. Determine whether this custom field should appear in the worklog creation form.

  7. Decide if the field is mandatory for timesheet submission.
