Introduction
KYRO provides two methods for recording time – Manual Log and Clock In/Out. These options are available on both the web and mobile versions of KYRO, offering flexibility to users in tracking their work hours. The choice between Manual Log and Clock In/Out depends on user preference and specific work circumstances.
Automatic Log Time (Clock In/Out)
For Web:
Log into your KYRO account.
Navigate to ‘Projects’ tab and select the project you want to clock in to.
Click the Clock In button under Project Tools on the right hand side and you will see the time running on the top.
To add notes during the log time without having to Clock out, click the button right beside Stop button
When it is time to clock out, click the stop button and fill out the timesheet fields.
Lastly, click save.
If you need to cancel or discard the timesheet, click the ‘Skip’ button but the Log time will continue to run as long as it is stopped and saved.
For Mobile:
Open the KYRO app on your mobile device.
Within the ‘Projects’ tab, select the project you need to clock in to.
Click Project Tools -> Clock In.
Now you will see the time started and running on the top.
Now if you want to add log notes in between the log time, click the Log Notes button beside the Stop button.
When you are ready to clock out, click the ‘Stop’ button and fill out the timesheet fields.
Manual Log Time
For Web:
Log into your KYRO account.
Navigate to ‘Projects’ tab and select the project you want to start the log time in.
Click Log Time under Project Tools
Fill out the timesheet fields.
Click ‘Save’.
For Mobile:
Open the KYRO app on your mobile device.
Within the ‘Projects’ tab, select the project you need to clock in to.
Click the plus icon on the top-right corner and click Log Time to bring up the timesheet.
Fill out the timesheet fields.
Lastly, click ‘Submit’.
